Delivery Information
- Due to the significant volumes of home deliveries being made by couriers throughout the U.K. some deliveries can take 2 days to reach their destination.
- You can add a delivery instruction at the time of ordering to leave your order in a safe place, for example at your back door, with neighbour etc.
- We cannot add or amend delivery instructions once your order has been despatched.
- Drivers will NOT request a signature on delivery, but will ask for the recipient's name and include this on the delivery record.
- If no one is able to accept the order in person, it will be left in a safe place if available.
- A proof of delivery photograph will be taken where possible.
- If you are awaiting a delivery please check to see if the parcel has been left in a safe place.
Minimum order value
Our minimum order value is £30.00 before carriage.
To checkout, please ensure your cart contains goods worth £30 or more.
Delivery Times & Tracking
The preferred delivery date can be selected at checkout on our website.
Deliveries will be scheduled to be made on Wednesday and Thursday each week during what are deemed to be normal working hours except at peak periods when it may take longer.
The driver will leave the order in a safe place or you can add a delivery instruction when you place your order.
Please note we cannot offer weekend or Monday delivery.

Please note that you will need your Consignment Number which we can provide and your postcode.
If you provide a mobile phone number when you place your order, you will receive the tracking information by text.
If you do not receive a text, please email us at home.delivery@lochfyne.com or telephone 01499 600264 to request your consignment number which will be available on the day we send your order.
Special Occasions & Anniversaries
If you are ordering for a special event or anniversary, please do NOT arrange your delivery for the same day as we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on the requested date.
If you require advice on the shelf life or storage of our products, please contact us and we can help you so that you can ensure you receive your produce in the best condition and in good time.
Mainland UK Delivery Charges
Carriage cost for all mainland UK orders is £15.00 irrespective of weight.
Orders with a produce value over £80.00 are delivered free of the basic carriage charge to mainland UK addresses.
When shopping on our website, the amount you need to spend to receive free delivery will count down until you reach £80.00 in the top corner of your screen.
Other Areas including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & U.K. Islands
Northern Ireland - we cannot currently deliver to Northern Ireland.
Channel Islands - we cannot currently deliver to the Channel Islands.
Please note that deliveries to certain postcodes including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man & the Isle of Wight may take between 2 and 5 days.
When purchasing perishable goods for these areas, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for orders that take longer to deliver than our standard overnight service. In the event of delays in deliveries to these areas we are unable to offer free replacements or refunds.
Deliveries to islands can be delayed if the ferries are cancelled due to poor weather.

At present we are unable to offer overseas and EU deliveries, as delivery is taking considerably longer than we would hope and is unsuitable for perishable items. We apologise for being unable to offer this service.

Loch Fyne Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are sent by Royal Mail first class post the day before your requested delivery date. Please note that if your vouchers are for a special occasion, please consider the possibility of delays when selecting your delivery date. We are unable to offer electronic versions of our gift vouchers at this time.
