Chilean Farmed Mussels (Molluscs) (Mytilus Chilensus) 81.5%, Rapeseed Oil 16.3% Salt 2.8% Oak wood smoke.

Keep refrigerated between 0° to 5°C. Do not exceed the use by date.
Consume within three days of opening the pack. Not suitable for freezing.

Serving Notes:

This product is ready to serve. Ideal as canapés or part of a seafood platter

Great care is taken to remove shell but some fragments may remain. Smoked in Scotland.
