The smooth, well-balanced flavours of Glengoyne single malt whisky are carried through to these tender salmon slices as a satisfying undertone to the smoky characteristics that initially dominate the taste. Vanilla, sherry cask, butterscotch and a faint memory of oak are all detectable in this unique expression of the salmon smoker’s art. To serve as its best remove from the fridge, take out of packaging and place on a plate for 10 minutes before serving.
