Fresh salmon fillets are cured with salt, sugar and infused with Makar Glasgow Gin before being smoked over oak shavings from retired whisky casks. The result is a distinctive, refreshing taste experience, with citrus hues, exceptional depth of flavour and a moist, delicate texture.
This product is ready to consume without cooking. To serve, remove from fridge, take out of packaging and place on a dish for approximately 10 minutes before serving.
