From the rugged shores of Loch Fyne itself, Loch Fyne Oysters Ltd are dedicated to providing the world with Scotland’s finest seafood. Whether it be from our internationally renowned Restaurant and Oyster Bar or through the products we sell globally, we pride ourselves on provenance, quality and sustainability. That’s why you’ll find our seafood in award winning and Michelin starred restaurants, prestigious retailers such as Selfridges and Globus and served to corporate guests at Formula 1 and Championship League Finals.

Local landowner Johnny Noble and Marine Biologist Andy Lane start the Loch Fyne Oyster Farm. First sales generated from 'Loch Fyne Shop' located in a shed on the A83.

The first two Loch Fyne Restaurants open south of the border.
Mussels
The Loch Fyne Mussel Farm starts production.
1990s
The inaugural Loch Fyne Food Fair takes place.
Bridge
Loch Fyne Restaurants form as a separate company.
Plane
2000+
Business develops to include British Airways and other major airlines. Business expands into event catering.
Deli
New product lines introduced including new varieties of smoked salmon and smoked mussels.
Diver
Loch Fyne launch the innovative Integrated Aquaculture project.
2010+
Loch Fyne Oysters receive their Queen's Award for Excellence: International Trade.
Restaurant
Oyster Bar, Restaurant and Deli undergo major refurbishment.
