How to order:

Order from our online shop or by telephone to 01499 600470, or by post to Loch Fyne Oysters, Home Delivery Dept, Clachan, Cairndow, Argyll, PA26 8BL.

Delivery:
Delivery can be made to your own address or to an alternative address (such as work address or as a gift). The recipient does not have to be in as long as the box can be left safely (e.g. with a neighbour, by the back door)

Delivery days and charges:
Mainland UK: deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday
Standard charge £5.00. Orders over £60.00 – free delivery
Generally orders are dispatched from Argyll the day before delivery, though some island destinations may require a 2 day delivery time – please check when ordering.
 Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, The Isle of Man and overseas will incur additional charges which are added to the total before the order is placed.

Payment:
Payment is welcome in the form of Sterling Cheques (orders by post only), Loch Fyne Vouchers or by Credit/Debit card.
We accept Switch, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

When to order
Please place your order at least 2 working days before you would like the goods
delivered.
Phone lines are open from 8 am to 6pm
Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.
Answer phone service available at all other times.

Product information:
Our products are supplied fresh to order and we hold minimal stocks. This allows
us to despatch goods in prime condition.
Orders are despatched by overnight courier in insulated bags or boxes to ensure the produce arrives in good condition.
If you have any cause for complaint please let us know as soon as possible and we will replace the goods or refund your payment in full.
