These spicy shell-on prawns are messy but delicious – roll up your sleeves and serve with crusty bread to mop up the aromatic, garlicky sauce.

Cooking Instructions
- Rinse prawns and drain. Spread out in a shallow baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Pour over prawns.
- Marinate for several hours (or overnight), turning and basting several times.
- Heat a large frying pan or wok and tip in the prawns. Cook over a high heat until the prawns turn pink.
- Serve in deep bowls with crusty bread.
