Cooking Instructions
- In a pan large enough to hold the lobsters, half fill with water and add 2 tbsp salt. Bring to the boil, add the lobsters, cover and cook until shells are pink and lobsters are cooked through (about 12 minutes).
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small pan over a low heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Season to taste and divide between two small ramekins.
- Drain lobsters, halve and serve alongside dipping butter.
