Fiendishly rich and creamy, these chocolate pots are the perfect make ahead dessert for dinner parties. Try using coffee or chocolate liqueur instead of brandy.

Shopping List

  • 100g bar best dark chocolate
  • 142ml carton double cream
  • 2 tbsp brandy
  • 150g Greek style natural yogurt

Cooking Instructions

  1. Finely grate 1 square of chocolate and set aside. Roughly chop the remainder and place in a heatproof bowl with 3 tablespoons of cream. Place over a pan of simmering water and leave until melted, about 2 minutes, then stir.
  2. Remove from the heat and beat in the brandy, remaining cream and half the yogurt. Pour into 4 x 125ml coffee cups or ramekins.
  3. Spoon the remaining yogurt over the top and sprinkle with the grated chocolate.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
