Supervisor - Front of House

To assist the Front of House Manager with the day to day running of the Oyster Bar restaurant

We are looking for a self motivated person, with excellent customer service skills, plus proven leadership and communication skills.  Duties will include allocating work, helping staff to fulfil their duties and assisting in the development of the staff.  Shifts are variable with evening and weekend working required.
