Job Role: Regional manager overseeing a group of restaurants Responsible for delivering profit in the restaurants in their area by forming a close working relationship with the General Managers – guiding, advising and motivating them to reach maximum performance.

About Me:

I joined Loch Fyne in 2002 to open the new Egham restaurant. A daunting challenge but the support structure was amazing and within two months we were already turning over in excess of £25k per week. I was then asked to repeat the success at the new site in Portsmouth at Gunwharf Quays. As the restaurant went from strength to strength I began to get involved with additional company projects before being promoted to Operations Manager for the southern area at the end of 2004. I now look after 7 restaurants and enjoy giving the teams the kind of encouragement and guidance that was given to me.
