It all started 30 years ago with a small oyster shack on the main west highland road passing through Cairndow.  Today Loch Fyne has evolved to include not just the original Oyster Bar and the Loch Fyne Restaurant group but also a wholesale trade business, an online retail facility, event catering and international franchising.
